FARREL POMINI CONTINUES SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS REMOTELY DURING COVID19 PANDEMIC

During these challenging times, FARREL POMINI is helping customers maintain production by providing remote assistance for mechanical and process issues by utilizing video conferencing, VPN connections to equipment or our Synergy™ Control System.

We pride ourselves on being a solutions provider and a strategic partner with our customers.  Despite ongoing travel restrictions and social distancing, we continue supporting our Farrel Continuous Mixing Technology customers with remote assistance to stay on track with business plans and meeting customer commitments.   

We have a global and diverse supply chain and fortunately, have felt only a minimal impact on receiving components.  We are as able as ever to supply spare parts and conduct repairs for our customers. In addition, our Service Department is pioneering ways to assist customers with additional remote service solutions that will improve our efficiencies and service offerings in the future.
